From now on Administrators no longer need to activate accounts. Any new member must activate his/her own account.

I have decided to do this because it has become tedious to look over every account and check if they are bascians or not. I am currently thinking of other options to make sure registered members are real bascians. If you have any suggestions on how to accomplish you may reply on this thread.

I hope this update will help the activity of the forum.

I'm also going to review the rules of forumotion and edit the current forum rules that we have for better activity.

Since my classes will start this June 8, 2009 and I'm not sure if I will be able to log in every now and then I have decided to promote one of our active members who is still in Science High at the moment to the position of Administrator. He will help me and Xonchu moderate the forum and also to accept new registrations.

1. Post in the right forums. Users are asked to write new topics in the designated sections of the forum, please read the forum description to know which section suits best for your thread. Users who constantly keep posting in the wrong section will receive a forum warning. The moderator team can move or even remove a thread that’s not in the correct forum.
   
2. The posting of pornographic, racist, or otherwise inappropriate content (text, images, links, ...) is strictly forbidden.
   
3. No flaming. Show respect to other users, insulting, flaming or otherwise foul language towards another user will not be tolerated.
   
4. Respect the copyright of others, do not use, or link to, copyrighted material without permission. Do not post, or ask about information regarding, 'warez', cracks, etc.
   
5. Please write in a way that reflects normal written language. This means no excessive use of smilies, question marks (???????) or exclamation marks (!!!!!!!!!!!). Please do not yell (writing in capital letters, example: "WHAT IS GOING ON IN HERE?") or unnecessary use of colors.
   
6. No spamming on the forums. This also means messages that don't contribute to the topic, messages with little or no content, messages with content already pointed out by another user, and messages containing nothing but smilies. Post hunting (posting with the sole pu...

To the users who want to register to this forum please register only once and wait for me to activate your account. You cannot log in if your account isn't activated.
If it takes a while for your account to be activated please do not create another account. This only creates more work for me and I will only accept one account per person so it's useless. In case this happens please e-mail me at eye_ak_99@yahoo.com.ph. If I didn't receive your registration then I will e-mail you back and ask you to try to register again.
